* Class Placement

Class placement is determined by criteria set by INNERLIGHT staff. Class placement is determined more on ability not by age.

* Absences

All students are expected to pay their full monthly tuition regardless of the number of lessons they've attended or missed. Lessons missed for personal reasons illness or choice are NOT pro - rated or credited. The value of missed lessons is not refundable or transferable. You may make-up classes in other comparable classes within the month of the missed class. If your child has a contagious illness, or is injured please keep them out of class until they are recovered. Students with poor attendance may be required to take private lessons to learn missed material.

* Class Registration and Cancellation Policy

Classes are signed up for on an ongoing basis. You may add a class anytime during the month and the tuition will be prorated for the balance of that month. If you would like to drop a class(s) or discontinue all dance classes, we require a 30-day notice to be given at the beginning of the month. If you have paid a month's fee and drop during the beginning or middle of the month you will not receive a refund. You may however finish the rest of the month and drop at that particular month.

* Payment

Monthly tuition payments are due on the 1st of every month and must be paid prior to attending class. Upon request Invoices will be sent out on a monthly basis as a courtesy only. Payments are due on the 1st of the month regardless of a receipt of an invoice. There is a $15.00 late fee for all payments over 10 days late. Please understand students may not be allowed to participate if payments are past due.   

-Payments for private lessons are due at the time of service and will be paid automatically with a credit card on file. Other services, etc will be due on the designated due date.

-If your account is 30 days past due, you will not be placed on the current months roll sheet
